2. Definition of daily maintenance of ships: Daily maintenance of ships refers to the maintenance of various types of ships by crew members or mainly by crew members in order to ensure that the ship is in good technical and seaworthy condition during the second planned repair interval. The work done by equipment for routine maintenance or troubleshooting of various faults is the basic method for Haixun ships to maintain a normal technical state.
3. Principles that should be followed in daily maintenance
1. The principle of prevention first, equal emphasis on maintenance, and diligence and thrift.
2. The principle of departmental supervision, departmental responsibility, and ship implementation.
3. The principle of combining daily maintenance and outage maintenance.
Fourth, the classification of daily maintenance work
1. The daily maintenance work of ships is divided into three types: daily maintenance, monthly maintenance and outage maintenance. Among them, outage maintenance is divided into semi-annual maintenance and annual maintenance.
2. Daily maintenance is carried out every day; monthly maintenance is carried out once a month, one day each time; semi-annual maintenance is carried out according to the operation of the main engine for 500-600 hours or half a year, each time for 3-5 days; annual maintenance is carried out according to the operation of the main engine for 1000-1500 hours or Once a year, 3-7 days each time.
5. Development of plans and implementation
1. The daily maintenance and monthly maintenance plan of the ship shall be formulated by the person in charge of the two wheeling and driving departments according to the actual situation of the ship, and shall be organized and implemented and inspected by the Marine Department.
2. The annual (semi-annual) maintenance of ships shall be arranged by all branches and bureaus as a whole. The planned maintenance items shall be prepared by the ship according to its technical conditions, reviewed by the Maritime Affairs Department, and reported to the ship management department of the branch bureaus at least one month in advance. Organized by the Marine Department.
3. The crew members are mainly responsible for the maintenance work during the suspension of sailing. The relevant departments should make preparations for accessories, tools, etc. to create conditions for the crew to self-repair or expand self-repair; however, if there are large maintenance items or machining requirements, it is indeed difficult for the ship to do so. , can be approved by the ship management department of the branch office, and help contact the relevant manufacturers to solve the problem; after the suspension of service is completed, the ship management department of the branch office or the ship management personnel of the maritime department will organize the acceptance.

(2) Fixed time: the maintenance cycle of each part and equipment of the ship should be determined, and the maintenance should be carried out regularly;
⑶ fixed items: in each cycle, to formulate specific maintenance items;
⑷Quality determination: According to the quality requirements of each part and equipment maintenance, inspection and acceptance
6. When the ship is carrying out repair and maintenance work, the relevant ledgers, logbooks and records of ship repair, replacement and measurement should be made well.
Sixth, the main content of daily maintenance
1. The determination of the content and plan of daily maintenance of ships shall be based on the CWBT ideas and principles, and the concept of four categories and eight levels of maintenance systems and corresponding maintenance cycles in CWBT management technology shall be used for reference and reference; daily maintenance and monthly maintenance shall follow CWBT management. The form management form of A, B, and C maintenance in the technology, and the maintenance plan is prepared according to the technical condition of the ship and mainly for the maintenance requirements of D, E and F levels.
2. Daily maintenance: It is carried out in the form of a daily maintenance work schedule (A and B-level maintenance). Its main contents are: improve the cleanliness of the ship's environment and equipment, check the equipment and eliminate the "three leaks" (water, oil, gas), check the specific gravity of the battery and electrolyte, and check the oil tank, engine, gear box, etc. Oil level, expansion tank cooling water level, etc.
3. Monthly maintenance: It is carried out in the form of a monthly maintenance work schedule (C and D-level maintenance). Its main contents are: check the fastening of deck equipment and the effectiveness of waterproof and sun protection devices, check the water (weather and rain) tightness of windows, doors and covers; clean or replace fuel, oil filters and air filters; check the main engine and other equipment Lubrication state; add lubricating oil to each equipment according to the regulations.
